1 Introduction

(1) The bookings offered to you through the website https://www.deuxmecs.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your booking. 

(2) The latest version of the General Terms and Conditions is applicable, and available on our website https://www.deuxmecs.com under the heading „Terms and Conditions”.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The total amount for your stay will be charged once your booking is confirmed.

If your booking includes booking fees, these fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a booking, we advise you to do so as soon as possible. 

In case of cancellation, you will be reimbursed the full amount minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your arrival date, you are not entitled to a refund. For non-refundable bookings 100% of the booking without extras will be charged. ​

EXTRAS

Extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not specifically mentioned as included in the price are payable in the establishment.

Prices are quoted including VAT.
