1 Introduction

(1) The bookings offered to you through the website https://www.deuxmecs.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your booking.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The total amount for your stay will be charged once your booking is confirmed.

If your booking includes booking fees, these fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a booking, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.

As a family-owned, private business, we strive to provide our guests with the best service and a seamless planning experience. To help us maintain this level of service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before the scheduled arrival date.

For cancellations made after this period, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding, as last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering the reserved room to other guests. Cancellations are only accepted in writing (via email to booking@deuxmecs.com or through our booking system).

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX PORTO

The Municipal Tourist Tax (MTT) in Porto is €3 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €21 (or seven consecutive nights). This fee must be paid in cash at check-in for the duration of your stay.

EXTRAS

Extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not specifically mentioned as included in the price are payable in the establishment.

Prices are quoted including VAT.
